Thanks for the informative and useful information. I've also since received and responded to a more technical response from Steven Boye, the SoonR CTO. Thanks to both for the detailed info and valid explanation on the cpu usage I experienced shortly after starting up the SoonR client. I'm 100% convinced that my experience is consistent with the anticipated load on my cpu for the activities going on in the background.

I've still yet to put SoonR through some more practical usage scenarios that I hope to get to sometime in the near future.
