Interesting article about standization of formats. Knowing that Big Blue is involved, I'm not surprised to see that Bob Sutor is involved. I know Sutor from a previous life in the standards world, particularly in the early days of Web services and e-business standards like SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, ebXML, OASIS, W3C, etc etc etc.
